Hi!
*Please know this situation hasn't happened for almost a month, just asking what could have caused it*
Almost a month ago, my piggie's eye seemed to be smaller than his other one, and I thought something was stuck in there, but he was still active. We wiped his eye with some water, and after a few days, his eye was fine. A week later, his other eye had the same problem, so we rinsed it again.
Why did this happen, and how can I prevent it?

Please see a vet for any issue with your guinea pigs eyes. Eyes are considered urgent and any issues need to be checked by a vet within 24 hours. If there is something caught in the eye, then it needs to be removed by a vet. They use a special dye to check for any potential damage, and prescribe any necessary antibiotic and pain relief treatments

Thanks! It hasn't happened in a month, but I'll read all the information. His eye was as big as the other one within a few days. I'll make sure to check if this happens again. Thanks again!

If it happens again, I wouldn't rely on it resolving by itself. Piggies are really good at hiding problems, and you don't want something to get worse because you waited to see if it would clear up on its own. I'mglad your piggy was okay after the last occurrences, but it would concern me if my piggy had the same issue multiple times; I'd certainly mention it to the vet at their next check up.
