So my one guinea pig will not open his one eye. I'm not sure what could've happened. He is also squeaking quite a bit. Does anyone know anything that could be wrong or have any advice for me? (He is 4 months old btw)

It sounds like a possible injury. You will need to take your piggy to a vet for diagnosis and treatment. Eyes are classed as urgent, so your piggy will need to see a vet straight away, particularly as he isn’t opening his eye and the squeaking could be as he is in pain
How Soon Should My Guinea Pig See A Vet? - A Quick Guide

Hi and welcome

:agr: fully with @Piggies&buns . Please see a vet as quickly as possible for a suspected eye injury (hay poke). Eye treatment and medication is the same as in cats and dogs, so any general vet will do. Eye injuries and infections can deteriorate very quickly but also heal pretty quickly again the sooner treatment kicks in.

Welcome to the forum.
I agree - if caught quickly an eye injury can be easily treated and heal quickly.
Only a vet can give you a proper diagnosis.
