Hello my 3 year old Guinea pig has this in his ear we cleaned it, no smell and guinea pig still well, eatting normal, walking normal and doing everything normal he just has this in his ear.

My Ted had something similar in his ear. We had it tested by the vet it turned out to be a cyst type thing that contained fatty cholesterol type stuff. I don’t have the paperwork now but you do need to get it checked out. It’s a difficult place to remove as it’s usually rooted right inside the inner ear. Do see a vet, hope it’s nothing to worry about x

Many thanks for all comments took Guinea pig to vet and they said it is a fatty lump and they gave him some ear drops and antibiotics and said if it gets worse bring him back, but they said it is nothing to worry about now.
