My piggie Squish is dying! 3 days ago, he got his head stuck in a cup, I found him almost dead on the floor of my room... But a day later he was fine! Just a little in shock... Now he's laying down and making noises that sound as of he's in pain! Hes also twitching but not having a sezuire we think (Me and my mom) No vets are open, what should I do?

You need to find a vet asap - phone one as there is always an emergency vet available 24/7
Please don’t let this piggy suffer

Please take your piggy to a vet. Even a vet who is closed for any reason will have a 24 hour cover provider but it may be at a different practice

There is one vet that is open and they REFUSE to take him even though he is suffering!

Ah this is an issue. You have put yourself as being in the UK when you aren't. The problem with this is you are going to get incorrect advice as:
1. At 1pm on a Friday all usual vets are open
2. UK vets have to arrange for emergency cover so a vet can be found 24/7

Sadly the only thing we can advise is to see a vet as no one on here is able to diagnose or treat a piggy, only a vet can do that

I'm visiting America right now to see family

No vets will take him because he isn't a "certified patient" so I'd have to wait an hour!

I hope you can get in at a vet and they can help your piggy. 🤞
Good luck

I'm really sorry. I'm in Canada, I know how hard it is to find a vet that will see small animals/exotics during off hours. Often there really is no overnight coverage at all (even my exotics vet, who has a phone message overnight directing you to urgent care, is directing you to an urgent care clinic that does NOT see exotic patients.) ((HUGS)) to you and I'm so sorry you had to encounter this problem.

So is your guinea pig with you in America, or is someone else caring for your guinea pig in the UK?
This information makes a huge difference to the advice we can give you.

Whatever happens I hope you can find a vet to ease his suffering.
