My guinea pig has dry feet (flaky) on his back paw. I don't have a picture right now but on La guinea pig rescue's website it says to use any human Athlete's foot cream 2 times a day for 3-4 weeks. Is human Athlete's foot cream safe for guinea pigs?

It would not be right for us to tell you to use anything when we don’t know what is wrong.
Athletes foot cream may have been suggested as a way of dealing with a fungal infection - but you don’t know he has a fungal infection so using it could be the wrong thing - we don’t recommend using anything on spec.
Best to see a vet to make sure it is just dry feet rather than anything else, and the vet would be able to tell you what might be appropriate.

I had a piggy with dry feet. But I took him to the vets to make sure that was all it was.
