New Born Pup
On Sunday a older male guinea pig is coming to my place for a few weeks whilst owners on their hols. One of my girls recently had on baby boy (6wks on tues). He is now living in a separate hutch which I can partition off. My question is how can I tell if these boys will be happy together in the same hutch/run? the older male lost his hutch mate a while back so now lives on his own, so wondering if he will take to a new mate. Also there is a possibility this could be permanent ...only really wanted the 2 girls but now have a baby boy I cant decide whether to find him a new home, keep him on his own, have him neutered or find him a mate!! If I find he gets on with my friends male piggy I've the option of keeping him. therefore any advice will be really appreciated. especially to do with bonding
