I need help figuring out how to help my guinea pig with her chipped teeth. I just saw them today and I know its supposed to grow back but I'm unsure how the process works. Like will her current chipped tooth fall off and grow another or does it just elongate until its length its back to normal?

I would get piggy seen by the vet. Unfortunately vets experienced with treating dental piggies are few and far between. Hope your girl is sorted soon.

If the tooth is just chipped it will wear even naturally within about 2-3 weeks. If she is eating fine and not loosing weight then just monitor by daily weighing at the same time to make sure she is not loosing weight. If she is having problems then find an experienced vet who can just file down any sharp points on the incisor, otherwise leave well alone
