guinea pig car?

This may sound strange but do they sell cars for guinea pigs? I'm sure ive seen photos of piggys in cars. I asked in wilsons pet centre and they sed they used to but stopped selling them. grrrr
Has anybody heard of these? I don't know wether they move or wether there just a toy for them to sit in. If you know what I'm talking about where are they avaliable and are they safe for piggys?

Sorry the questionis abit weird but my OH is desbrate for a set of wheels for Lincoln :p
 
they used to sell them in pets at hom,e if my memory serves me right it was a lagre ball
like a hamster ball with the shape of a car around it you put piggy in the ball and the run around it looks like they are driving a car you might find on ebay if they have stopped making them.

I think the one you mean might have been for hamsters. I used to have one for my hamster years ago - think it was called a hamster dragster or something.:) I didn't think they were too good though because they couldn't change direction in them like they could a ball and so I didn't use mine much.
 
If it's a ball then they are dangerous for pigs, I wouldn't bother. It's mainly for our amusement than theres. :)

I don't think they sell them for hamsters anymore cos they are considered cruel.
 
no its not like those. Its actually a car like a barbie type car in a way. like a jeep. no balls included. I used to have a car with the wheel in for my hamster bt had the same problem as Nemo coz the car wouldn't change direction. I don't think the car does anything, its just for them to sit in really.
Any other idea guys?

It'd be great if you could choose the colours. I'd love barbie pink and yellow ones for my girls. Or maybe four poster bed ones! Aww, the possibilities!
