Guinea pig breathing faster

Hi my guinea pig is nearly 3 years old and in the past few days I’ve noticed that the sides of her body are moving in and out more noticeably. She’s always been a pretty fast breather but her sides are going in and out quite noticeably now. She looks fine eats and drinks etc. She also doesn’t have any other symptoms like nose dishcharge or crusty eyes does anyone know what it could be.

She is a bit on the fatter side so is that a concern to why she is breather faster.

Given the seriousness of breathing issues I would get her to a vet - potential medical issues need to be checked first
