Castaway
Junior Guinea Pig
I'm not sure if this is the right forum for my question, but I can't seem to find anything elsewhere that "fits."
I've not long moved to Edinburgh and am exploring opportunities for boarding my two boys when I go to America to visit family in April. When I lived in London, I took piggies either to Peter Gurney (RIP) or CCT and in South Wales, it was the Pet Rodent Centre. Now I'm a bit stumped. I'd be loath to try any old kennels because I want to ensure they get proper, indoor care and if anything goes wrong, they'll know what to do.
Do any of the rescues also do boarding services? Are there any folks within a couple hours of Edi who could look after two well mannered (okay, Griff is a bit rough around the edges |)) piggies for a couple weeks?
Thanks!
Kim
