I just picked up my guinea pig who just recently got maybe 2 weeks ago. I could feel something hard on her back i lift her hair n see this. I obviously called my vet but they closed an hour ago (saturday) and wont be open till monday.

Is this mange mites or something else? for anyone wondering this is the same guinea i got from petco who i gave ivermectin to (to prevent mage mites) but she started walking wobbly so i stopped the ivermectin, apparently she was too small for the vermectin (used to treat mange mites/parasytes).

I cant tell if petco sold me a sick guinea pig or if she became this way. none of my other 4 guinea pigs have this. so is this something that can wait 2-3 days or is there something i can do at home to make her feel better.

You do need to see a vet for a diagnosis.
There is the possibility that this is a fungal infection.

There is nothing you can do at home but I would advise that you keep strict hygiene so as to not risk spreading it if indeed it is a fungal infection
