Guinea pig bag temptation

Instagram suggested the Cath Kidson sale to me with a guinea pig changing bag! I do not need this temptation! I can't stop thinking about it but we already have a perfectly good bag that matches our pram but it's not guinea pig themed times are hard and with a baby and guineas to care for on maternity pay it's not sensible...or is it!? Damn Instagram suggestions

Haha I know, I'm heading to the pet shop for a new water bottle and I'm sure I will pick up some treats. Why have guinea themed items when I have the real thing

In my experience, having a second bag is handy. Straps break, bags get left behind somewhere, bags need washed and sometimes you need another just for extra things on a trip.

How old is baby now? How much use would you get out of a change bag? I switched from a change bag to backpack quite early on as it was just easier to carry around

He's 4 months old I do think a back pack would be easier to carry especially when we don't have the pram with us

I find I don't take a bag at all now. Keys and purse in my coat pockets but if I take a backpack then she wants to take hers. So now I just pack her backpack and let her carry everything #lifehack

We were given a bag with our pram which we never used, so I turned it into baby's 'oh s**t' bag for the car (extra food, clothing, nappies, blankets etc. in case we broke down or plans otherwise changed unexpectedly). As a bonus it now lives in the car so isn't cluttering up the house

Perhaps your old one could be repurposed for something practical and then, such a shame, you'd need a new bag..?
