That looks like boar glue to me, is your piggie a boy or does this live with a boy?

Heres my old boy Ted with boar glue on his nose, it sets like superglue so don’t try and remove it, it will eventually come off when it’s ready otherwise you will have a sore/bald nosed piggy

Are both your piggies male?

If so then it is likely boar glue which is dried semen.

It sets solid so you will just need to leave it to work its way off on its own
