Guinea Pig all of a sudden sick

My GP had been on anitbiotics - got stomach issues and vet put her on Sucralfate liquid. She finished the dosage and was 100% herself again - she came out for her breakfast this morning. I went away for a few hours and I came back and she is not right. She won't eat/drink - tried giving her water and critical care nothing. She seems real weak. I tried to call the ER vet but the dr who specializes in GP is not there. Is there anything I can do? She is acting like one of my other GP who passed away. She is almost 6
 
Sorry she is poorly 😢
It would be worth taking her back to the vets, even if she can't see the specialist. Perhaps they can prescribe more of the sucralfate?
