Growth in corner of eye

Hi everyone! Our guinea pig has developed this growth in the corner of his eye these last 3 weeks. Doesn't seem to be getting worse, nor better. Can anyone advise? Thanks!

But anything to do with eyes should be seen by a vet asap as eyes can deteriorate very quickly and for this reason, are classed as emergencies x

Best to have that seen by a vet, it looks like some sort of cyst but I could be wrong and growths shouldn’t be growing there x
