Coriander, mint, parsley, grass, lettuce (cos, mixed leaf and flat leaf in summer, winter as it gets colder), green beans, carrot tops, chard, dandelions, sow thistle, other edible weeds and limited bits of veg whose names I can't think of at the moment. Some things are seasonal but living in the south we have an extended season. I have a greenhouse so I can keep things like parsley and mint going longer too.
