Grooming?

Today I saw squeak grooming (well what looked like grooming) bubble. She was kind of licking around bubble's eye area. Does this sound like she was grooming her? Bubble didn't seem to care and she just sat there letting squeak do it. Why do you think squeak was doing this? Could it be a dominance thing or just a sign of friendship?

It doesn't sound malicious to me either. I think it's Squeak's way of telling Bubble that she needs a wash!
