Grooming

Coco and Patchy have grown like weeds in the 3 weeks I have had them. But as you can see they are in bad need of some grooming. What do you guys use to groom them. Patchy as you can see in second photo has some white fur on her nose and over her eyes. I'm afraid the fur will eventually get so long that it will get in her eyes, is it a good idea for me to cut this as I'm afraid of poking her in the eye and i doubt she would trust me to do it after only three weeks. I'm so sorry for all the questions lately

Hi! Your piggies are super cuute! And I don't think i'd cut their hair. I've read of people only cutting them when they're a long hair breed since the hair can get tangled. And I've even seen pictures of piggies having lots of hair on their face and doesn't seem to bother them. I brush my piggies hair often so maybe that can help keep it off their eyes. The only thing I dl for grooming is cut their nails and give them short baths once in a while

Thanks for your reply. I think they need a bit of a brush down more than anything, can I ask what you use to brush them down with. I dont want to even think about bath time. I'm not sure who with be more scared, them or me lol

You're welcome! And I actually use a small animal brush. They sell them in pet stores, but we used to just use a regular thin comb. And I know what you mean! My boyfriend is the one in charge of bathing them lol. I'm just there ready with a towel and cuddle them after the bath haha but we only do it once in a while. We've have them for 6 months and have only given them 3 baths so far.
