Grease gland inflammation

Hello,

Anyone knows what this could be? I was cleaning his grease gland and noticed there was something stuck to it, as I put more coconut oil on it, it came off but then this wound appeared.. He didn't show any discomfort, and I cleaned it with salt and water

I would take him to a vet, that looks very deep and sore.

Any inflamed or sore grease gland needs to be vet checked. Please don't home treat on spec.
