Grease Gland Cleaning

Hiya so I'm getting a male piggy soon and i was wandering what i should use to clean it (grease gland ) , some people use dish soap and others swarfega but now i don`t know .
or coconut oil (he is a furry pig)

hi, if cleaning is needed, then to my way of thinking, the safesy is coconut oil, the others are petrochemical , and maybe a but harsh !

never remember having a problem with grease glands

but l had a look at all my boars and only one had a tiny bit of black that l easly scraped off with my finger
