Grease Gland and Bum Bath

I think my male GP has acquired some grease glands. Should I give him a bum bath?

Grease glands as perfectly normal. All pigs have them, some are more active than others

They should only be washed if the surrounding area gets matted from an over active grease gland otherwise leave alone - you can cause Lots of horrible irritation messing with grease glands when they don’t need it.
