Grass ok for guinea pigs

Hi all,

Just wondering whether this grass would be OK to put my two piggies out on? I've searched around outside, and can't find a patch of grass that doesn't have any other weeds growing amongst the grass. My boys are usually indoor piggies with grass that we grow inside for them, however, they really like being out on grass in the warmer weather. Are the weeds in this grass dangerous? Will piggies eat dangerous weeds hidden amongst the weeds? I've identified buttercup, clover and daisies but not sure what the feathery plant is. Sorry for so many questions, just want to be cautious. Thanks in advance for any help and assistance.

I think it should be fine as long as there are no cats or dogs in the area that might've peed there, make sure they have a cover and somewhere dry to sit when you take them out

Make sure your lawn hasnt been sprayed wirh and fertiliser or other chemicals aswell

And if you have a petrol mower just make sure you cant smell petrol or oil.

Thanks all, so all that feathery weed should be OK? Looking at the weather forecast, it looks nice for the upcoming days so would like to get them out.

Will they eat it (or the other assorted weeds hidden in the grass)?

They are so cute, glad they enjoyed it out there, mine love the grass!
