Grass, concrete or something else?

Hi, we're still looking for a new hutch suitable for our 2 boars.

Have seen this

We have both patio and grass in our garden but don't know where they'd be best.

If the grass is damp (dew) would this be bad for them? However concrete seems a bit cold and yukky!

Do you think adding a base to either of these would be a better idea and then line with hay etc?

They do get out every day in run on grass anyway.

I looked at this late last night in bed, too tired to reply. These two hutches had me drooling drool. They blew me away! I haven't seen hutches like that before, (my husband is thinking things never used to be like this!) can't believe one of them is only £30, is that a mistake?
It depends if you want to ruin your grass or not because you will get a muddy area around and below the hutch, and I don't know how easy these are to move around. Hope you reach a decision, post more pictures when you have got it all set up.
