Hi I took my girl to the vet yesterday who said she has Bronchitis and gave her Baytril. She has now had two doses but there is no improvement. Should she be improving yet? Is Baytril the right medicine and what else can I do to help her? We couldn't bear to lose her - she is only 2 and my son adores her.

I'm sorry to hear this.

It takes a few days for antibiotics to really get to work so you need to give it more time before you see marked improvement.
Baytril is the go to and commonly prescribed antibiotic.
How long is the course she has been prescribed?

In terms of home care, Increase her weight checks from the routinely weekly checks and instead weigh her daily; every morning.
This enables you to monitor her hay intake more closely. You can’t gauge hay intake by eye and when a piggy is struggling with breathing they may reduce the amount of hay they eat. If this happens she will lose weight and you must step in with syringe feeding a recovery feed (mushed pellets as an emergency measure).

We also advise a probiotic is given either 1-2 hours before or after an antibiotic dose. Antibiotics can affect their appetite and a probiotic can help replace the gut bacteria affected by the antibiotic.

I have added guides below which detail everything much further

I hope she is ok
