Got a SkyLine Maxi XXL for Mini G!

I've finally recieved my Skyline Maxi XXL from Zooplus! It arrived in perfect condition (I was worried it would arrive smashed to pieces after reading some threads on here!) It's so much bigger than I expected - Didn't think there'd be that much difference between this and my old cage.

She's taking some time to get used to it and be her usual relaxed self and is currently pacing around wondering where all the space has come from!

Mini G is living alone at the moment but is going dating at the end of April to find herself a new friend from Glynneath Guinea Pig Rescue (Lucky for me I'm just down the road!)! So hopefully in 3 weeks time she'll have a friend to keep her company in her massive cage :<>

We can't wait!

I just hope she actually wants to live with one of the girls at the rescue Suzy otherwise all my planning and twisting my parents round my little finger will be going down the pan this time round! It's only taken me a YEAR! Ha!

I got G when I left home to live in Cardiff and had a new job close to home so moved back in with my parents Mini Guinness in hand! So it's taken so long for me to be able to get an actual decision and an OK to go ahead with this! My parents and my brother have totally caught the guinea pig bug and spoil her rotten! I want away this weekend and left my 27 year old brother in charge and he was LOVING it! I've even walked in on him having a chat with her!

I can't wait until I can move out again and actually build the C&C cage I've got the grids for, just no room grrrr !
