Good urinary support tabs for sludge?

Hello everyone! Eddie has had powdery/sludgy deposits in his pee pretty much his whole life. Right now he is on a diet of red/green leaf lettuce, all colors of bell pepper, cucumber, grass, occasional carrot/apple, filtered water, and 1/2 a tab of Oxbow urinary support every day. I have been giving him these tabs for about 1 year now and haven't really seen any improvement in his pee, does anyone have any recommendations for what other urinary support/pellets would help with his sludge? (and that ship to Canada)

Some people do try the grainless pellets, I think they may be oxbow or burgess
