Yes here is a festive treat for you!
There have been a few posts recently about what is boar glue / grease glands / boys bit related stuff. So that is my justification for sharing this rather good example of a sperm rod provided by Bumble yesterday. I visually check my boys' rear end everytime I handle them as a matter of course just to check there is no hay stuck / no signs of redness or swelling etc and any obstructions. I could see a little strange dark curved bit sticking out of Bumbles willy and knew what it was. Most sperm rods are removed by the pig during grooming processes but sometimes they are not. I am always wary about fishing about in the penis area as the tissue are so sensitive but checking visually everyday is really useful.

I have seen worse, as I have an interest in parasites...specifically the various kinds of worms...

But I could imagine my girls expression to that pic!

And Snowy would be chuckling in the background as boys do

:yikes::yikes: :crazy: Oh my God - that's nearly as bad as @Flamestriker having an interest in worms - I won't eat pork (except bacon or sausages because they don't count ) - ever since my mum told me when I was five that our cousin who lived on a farm caught a great big worm from a pig - I have literally been mentally scarred for life - nearly fainted when I was in secondary school and the science teacher told me to go to the lab and bring in the tapeworm in the jar! - luckily the room was locked and no one there so I came back wormless! unhappy childhood memories brought to life by a sperm rod.:bye:

A really good example :yikes::yikes:

Very educational though - it was about 7 years with boars before I saw one - and I wasn't worried or tempted to spend a fortune at the vets because I had already heard of these strange things! :))

Sorry @TAN , unintentional link to worms, it definitely isn't a worm:nod: Look at some pictures of piggies to distract yourself

...I have learnt some more about boy piggies...

How do you manage to actually remove it, once you have spotted someone is up?
