I'm going to plan my c&c cage in a notebook and then put the book like in the tv room open to that exact page and see what my parents start to think, my dad doesnt mind but it's my mom! So please, tell my how big my C&c cage should be for 2 boars and what toys I should have...

Will the c&c cage not fit in your cage so your mum doesnt have to look at it all the time and your room is your space so surely your mum cant say anything

I'm not allowed my guinea pigs inside period due to my mum's partner being 'allergic'. I bring them in so they can chill on my bed, but that's MY bed.
I have a double tier large ferplast stowed away (Got given it for free, didn't buy it. I do have a future use for it when I move out, hence why I'm keeping it)

Anyway if all fails with you, just do what I do, take extra precautions for the weather, especially winter.
 
You could have a 2 x 5 cage with a hay loft on top, so they have a little space upstairs too good luck hope it goes well :) x
