I tend to sweep mine with a stiff bristle short handled brush, then give a hard shake in the garden, before washing. It by no means gets all the hair off, but not too bad.xx
I do the same as @Happydays but our fleeces (eve the clean ones) are never totally hair free.
Nor is anything else in our home since the piggies arrived!
I do the same as well. Give them a good shake in the garden and then brush with a stiff bristled brush. It definitely doesn't get all the hair off but does a good job. I have also heard that rubber bristled brushes are good but haven't used one myself.
I give them a stiff brush in the garden, the don a rubber glove very slightly damp the fingers and run your fingers in one direction over the fleece the hair clumps up and can be picked off.
I use a rubber bristled brush and it gets quite a lot off after the fleece has had a vigorous shake outside, but I do like the sound of the wet rubber glove! Will try that tomorrow and see if it gets more off.
