I have searched everywhere and can’t find a review or a guide on these nuggets, they were given as a gift from a friend and i am nervous to feed incase they are not good as this is the same brand who sell muesli for pigs which obviously isn’t a good option.

I am planning to use it as a treat as they already have nuggets which i know are safe and good for them.

I have had a look at the ingredients and can’t find anything that the pigs should have a problem with but i am looking for a second opinion. Any help appreciated x

They aren’t something I’d feed due to the fact their main ingredient is alfalfa and alfalfa isn’t recommended for adult piggies due to the fact it’s too high in calcium.

The calcium is 0.6 and phosphate is 0.5.so that is lower than most brands.ive fed a tablespoon for each piggie before and they were fine.i don t think one small bag will hurt, maybe mix it in with your current pellets until bag is completed.

Thank you, i’ll try them with a little and see how it goes. :)
