Went to Pets@Home today to get another 1kg bag (I think lol its the biggest one they do) of Timothy hay. I know it's not the best value for money (actually think they messed up as the sign said £6.99 and I paid £4 something ) but Mo loves it and Steve has been on it since I got him.

Anyway, occasionally you get a bag that doesn't seem too great. It's not bad quality in the sense that I shouldn't give it to Mo & Steve or should complain but not really got many green bits or those nice feathery bits piggies enjoy- you still with me LOL- in it.

Well the bag I purchased today OMG it's wonderful! Not only do I think I got away with not paying full price hehe but it's lovely and green and loads of feathery bits! Mo is in heaven! Both hay racks are full and piggies are tucking in. Not to mention a happy pigmum enjoying the smell of fresh hay...

I get this hay too. Sometimes it's horrible, all brown/yellow and tiny strands. But I've noticed a few bags lately are nice and green and fresh looking :D
