Fungal?

Hi all GP experts. My dear Ted has calluses on his front paws and we managed them well. However they look swollen and its almost like he has another nail growing under existing nail. It's rock hard.......I recently watched a video and it suggested it maybe fungal but not one we're used to..... anyone got any advice? I have a vet appointment on Monday for something else just wondered about his feet

It really is impossible to tell based on a photo.
It is good you are going to the vet on Monday as I am sure they will be able to give you a diagnosis and treatment.
