Fungal Face?

My sow is 8weeks and has a greyish looking bald spot above her eye and below her ear. Have researched it and think its fungal face, has anyone treated this at home with kwench lotion or does she need to see a vet?

We would also recommend that you are very careful in handling your guinea pigs in case you are dealing with ringworm, which is the most aggressive and widely transmittable for of fungal.
