Full of a cold :( , should i avoid handling my piggies?

hi everyone
i have a really awful cold, my sinuses feel like they could explode, i cant stop sneezing & generally i feel crappy!
should i avoid handling my piggies until it's gone?
i don't want them to be ill

Piggies can't catch our cold virus. However, they can get the bacterial infections which sometime accompany human colds, so just make sure you wash your hands well before handling them.

thanks very much, i've got anti bacterial hand gel here so i will use that too, i don't want them to be ill
