till at least another 2 weeks. Had my friends that i go to the footy with (AFL football) and their families for a BBQ on Sunday.
Pete's a GP and i've known him now for just over 6 years so he takes one look at the lasting affects of my bruise from doing my calf muscle and laughs :-\
"Glynis" he says, you got another 2 weeks before you can do any exercise and then only a light flat type of walking and no power walking > > > >
As the saying here in OZ is 'not happy Jan' i thought it would be sooner i so wanted to get into a new regime and loose weight and feel fit and ME again.
So it looks like only a light walk in 2 weeks time and then for the next 6 weeks after that only the laid back type walking ARGHHHHHHHH i'm going to go crazy i love my walking
So does anyone else have any ideas other than not eating ;D, how i can loose weight without exercise for awhile?
Sorry to sound like i'm being selfish but i love to walk and see all the pretty gardens (when we get rain of course) it's soooo relaxing.
Thanks for listening to my gripe
