Frozen water bottles

I have noticed on here that people have suggested freezing bottles of water and putting the in the hutches on hot days like this.
What do you wrap them in ? I think I read a towel ? but mine seem to chew towels etc when they are our laps and I am worried that might hurt then f they swallow it ?

Mine get wrapped in fleece. So the guinea pigs love to snuggle against them.
