This is my current set up my three boys have:IMG_20170525_041744.webpI am wondering whether or not cable tying more than a few wooden log bridges together somehow would make a good fence for when they can't be survived. What do you think? What would you do?

I am lucky in the sense that they don't hop out of the cage but I've piggie proofed the room just in case and I am currently waiting on some flooring to go on the side of my room where the pigs are. Oh and the radiator is never on!

Zooplus do a similar one for 8.99

I use c and c grids cable tied together. They seem to prefer their cage though!

This would work :)

I bought 2 of these and made a new enclosure for Hettie.

Thanks for your suggestion! I bought three of those hamster playpens a few days ago since I didn't expect them to be as long as they were and I am going to cable tie two on top of the other one to prevent my piggies from jumping over as they can scale, what people would think would be way too high for them to jump over, with little effort or struggle.

Most people with c&c cages don't have roofs and they are approx 35cm high, so I think that'd be enough height.

The C&C grids are 36.5cm high and contain all but the most determined/athletic pigs!

I've had one pig that could have done it (she would launch herself into the air when we took the run roof off, had to catch her rugby-ball style!) but none of the others would even bother. My free range barrier is only 25.5 cm high and they haven't shown the slightest interest in getting over it, even though if they stand on their back legs they could see right over it
