Does any one have a view on the minimum guage wire mesh that might be reasonably considered fox proof? Short of wrought iron bars that is...
I think chicken wire (too thin?) Starts at 1mm, if I go up to 3 or 4mm will it still be bendy? Cuttable?

Any ideas?

You'd need to make sure it is weld mesh to start with rather than chicken wire style (twisted together) and the holes are small to prevent paws and claws entering as well as pigs escaping! My run uses gauge 19 - it's never been tested thank goodness, but feels fairly sturdy - go for a lower gauge if you want thicker wire
