The forum rules have been updated, you will all be asked to review and accept the changes.

The rules form a part of the 'terms and conditions' of use.

The rules are likely to be updated again within this month as we now have the time available to codify and rationalise them.

You do of course have the legal right not to accept the updated rules, but this necessitates that you log out and do not make use of the forum again.

:) So that's all the legal stuff taken care of, it's only a small section that's been added to deal with a very specific issue, the other changes in future are just going to be to make all the other small changes we've made, make sense.

I think I have accepted but wasn’t concentrating when the message popped up.
I was having trouble with attaching photos at the time.
Could that have been connected?

Hmmmm maybe a little bit of browser overload or possible server lag. All okay now?

Maybe a tiny weeny change... ?

Is this bit supposed to say 'toggle' or 'toogle'? ;)

... Sorry bet you're cussing me.. there's always one isn't there?!
Xx

So long as I did accept the forum rules.
I’d hate to be on the receiving end of @BossHogg ’s ban hammer for failure to do so

:) Haha, it needs a decent spray of WD40 these days. We can't ban anyone for not accepting the rules, but again they wouldn't be able to use to site so it's not much of a distinction.

We have always supported the more traditional languages of the United Kingdom, and in that sense 'toogle' is perfectly acceptable English for something I've not yet made up, although you can positively gurantee it was probably my spelling mistake in the first place. I did once send my dad a text that said I felt as dead as a dildo.

I've updated the page and corrected the mistake, *although skim reading it - it's probably another thing we need to update given the changes in legislation over the years.

I can safely say I just spluttered my coffee at that! Hilarious!

I never noticed the 'alternative' spelling when I joined- then again I was on 'dial up' then so probably skim read it & wasn't paying full attention ;)

Sorry seems like I've given you more work to do :( :td:
Please don't ban me! xx

:) Don't worry it's a process and I planned to try and get as much out of the way as possible before we all have to scoot back off to normality.
I'm only allowed to ban people on even days, this is an odd day.
