Hiya,

Voting is now open to find a suitable date and city for the above meeting. In order to have as many members as possible attending it has been decided to ask everyone their preferred date and city for the event.

Every vote counts so please take a minute to vote. We understand that it is quite far ahead in our diaries but we would like to get some forum consensus on a city so we can research a suitable venue to accommodate us all. By voting you aren't committed to come along as we are just trying to get some idea of numbers who would be interested in coming along.

I'm not going to vote at the min as I have nothing in my diary for those dates so far and actually don't mind the travel to any of those locations so should be able to make it whatever :)
 
Have voted for the second date but the only date we would struggle with would be the last one as Ross works the last Saturday of the month. May also not be possible to travel as far as Sheffield or Manchester and back in a day and don't have the option of staying overnight due to the pigs being on twice daily heart meds so have voted for Birmingham.

Hi - We have removed 2 dates in June the 18th and 25th, hope these are suitable for you...
 
Aghh I know I'm only one person but I really hope it's not on the 11th June as I will be up in the Lake District with work :(
 
Well that's that then - the only reason Jesus wasn't born in Maryport was because they couldn't find 3 wise men and a virgin! :))

Sadly I am unable to commit to this event at the moment as I don't know what life will be like with a 4month old - I have no idea about travelling with one or leaving it behind while I have a day out or any other things that I have not yet considered because I haven't done this before.

Will just have to wait and see what happens closer to the time.
 
I've voted for Birmingham as local to me - also good rail links.
Won't vote on a date as at the mo could manage be the of them.
 
So far, voting for the date is neck and neck ( 7 votes for 4th and 7 for 11th ).

Most people seem to want our 10th anniversary celebration to be held in Birmingham.

We want as many members as possible to come .
