foreign object in hay

Hello i was wondering if anyone has purchased hay for their piggies and seen pieces of wood -like tree bark? in it and can the piggies eat this.

I would remove it if you see it, but hay often contains foreign items, as it is machine harvested.
I doubt having a small nibble of the bark would do them any harm though.

I've found all sorts in hay before
Animal bits, branches, baler twine, feathers, you name it. I guess it is a natural product after all!

It looks like bark and shouldn't hurt them, but I would still remove it if you found it.

Once in a a bag of hay I found a huge, dried out locust/grasshopper thing... yuck!
