Please have your piggy seen by a vet. Eyes are considered urgent and always require prompt vet care.
One thing which can cause this kind of cloudiness is an ulcerating eye injury. This can be caused when piggies poke their eyes with hay. A vet will need to diagnose the cause, prescribe the correct treatment to heal the issue and a painkiller in the case of haypoke.
