Flooring Suggestions If I Extend The 2x5 To 2x6 Pls?

I am thinking of extending the boys cage as no matter how much floor time they have, they much prefer zooming around as soon as I put them back in their cage!

Their flooring is currently coroplast cut to 2x5 size. I can't afford to buy a whole new sheet - are there any alternative floor solutions?

How about a vinyl table cloth? Polka Dots PVC Vinyl Tablecloth Oilcloth Wipe Clean 140cm wide - Premium Quality.
Just make sure it stays covered well by what ever you choses to lay on top of it, as one of mine used to nibble holes into it because in my pen the fleece I used didn't quite go to the edges.

Ah! I have one of those! Does it keep the floor completely dry? We have laminate flooring so need to make sure it's kept dry.

Yep. Mine is over carpet and I don't want wee soaking in to it

I done exactly this the other day, extended to a 6x2 from a 5x2. To fill the gap I used a sheet of tarpaulin from b&q it was only about £2

I have a ground sheet then towels then fleece with a couple of litter trays in with them.My c& cage goes over the top of it.Works great for me
