How often and for how long should piggy’s have floor time? I have 4 piggy’s in a 8x2

There is no rule. If they have a good sized cage (which yours do), then they don’t necessarily need floor time at all but offering it for a change of scenery (if want to come out) is a nice thing to do!
Some piggies hate floor time so won’t want to come out at all.
