Just an idea for a pretty cheap and big floor time enclosure... I got 9 metres of corrugated plastic lawn border. It's just 20 cm high, so not for anything permanent, but it does keep them off cables (or nice floors) during floortime :). The floor in covered with PVC-backed fleece blankies. They are often sold as picnic blankets and are waterproof but still gives them something nice to walk on :)

Oh great idea! Looks fab. :)

My floortime enclosure has a barrier too, my dad made it, its plastic and it folds up but they cant jump over it and it keeps them in the one area. Its hard to describe will have to post a pic.

:)

Good idea for flooring as well as keeping the piggies off those pesky cables!

thats a very good idea! bu i think mine *** jump out there far too nosey for there own good

I love your idea and will so be stealing it for use in my kitchen (the only room big enough really to do something like this)

I love the blanket!

Nothing exciting, really, they're just tottering around :) I could watch this for hours though! (Who am I trying to fool? I am watching this for hours at a time :)) )

looks fab :)) love the blankets, looks a lot neater than my high panels that I have, but I do need them as my two (honey especially) will try to escape rolleyes

That looks so neat and tidy! What a great idea for the blanket, does it wash ok?

I like the masking tape to hold it to the wall!

This is a fab idea, if everyone loved theie piggies like this, there would be non in rescues. Well done you.

I have washed it at 60 and it worked fine even though the lable only said 40. It takes longer than you think to dry. Becayse of the waterproof layer the machine can't spin the water out like a normal fleece.

Fabulous idea (as always!):). How do you store the black plastic? Does it roll up?

Does it really hold all the wee's and protect the floor? If so I'm gonna invest in a couple....

I've only got two piggies, and it holds anything they do during floor time. I hang it over the banister on the stairs to dry out at the end (once all other deposits have been cleaned off), then wash it every now and again.
