I was at my supermarket today and I saw that the fleece was on sale. Last week I was there and it was 5 euro, this week it was 3 euro each for a 130X170 fleece. I picked up three of them and saving them for when I get my c&c cage.
Just wondering is this type of fleece safe to use in the c&c cage? It says 'Fleece Blanket' '100% polyester' is it safe to use for the guinea pigs?
 
Yes, it is. Make sure that you pre-wash at least two or better three times without softener before use. Otherwise the fluid will collect on top and the piggies sit in their own pee.
 
Yeah that's what I use.
Penneys and dunnes are great for fleecey bargains too! :-)
 
It was dunnes I got it from :D

I washed it three times and I put it down in the guinea pigs 'play pen' for floor time. He peed on it and it went thru.. He loved it, was popcorning and everything.. Cant wait to get the c&c cage so he can be on it all the time
 
he does and when my rabbit was out for playtime he was binking on it. its the second time i saw him binking, hes like 8 months and doesnt do it much.. i was wrapping the rabbit up in it and omg he loved it lol..
