Fleece? Rather confused?

Okay so, I have been watching some videos on youtube about how to maintain fleece, now, the people in the videos use a mini hoover to clear the poops, and they're fleece appears to be stuck? to the bottom of the cage. I was wondering if anyone knew how that is done? would rather like an easier way to clear the cage out

I think most people clip it onto the sides of the correx or they just use heavy item to hold the fleece down.

That's actually a more rational answer than I was expecting! I thought it was going to be something confusing there! Thanks
