Hello just a quick question. I spent this entire week making a bunch of new fleece pads for their cage. I used two different types of water proof bed liners. They are fabric one side and like a plastic water proofing on the other. However, when I pick the pads up after using then for a day they are soaked underneath. Shouldn't the waterproof mattress pad keep them from soaking through? Even the big main cage mat leaked through. The mattress liner seemed to work great before I sewed everything together. I will try and post some picture of the pads I made. BTW the litter pan is also lined now I just hadn't put the pad in it yet... Helps contain their waste to a smaller area when eating hay. Works great. Thanks. Snapchat-2044407450.webpIMG_20180927_122432.webp

Sorry can’t really help you with that but your cage looks beautiful! Love the liners.

I make liners with fleece zorb and fleece or fleece mattress protector fleece and have never had any leakage. I change cage liners every few days and put mini liners (pads) in well used areas such as under their beds.

Thay also have hay trays where they do a lot of weeing which helps take the pressure off the liners.

Hay tray time!

I did two layers of fleece and mattress protectors and they keep getting wet under. Only thing I can think is they are peeing around it also and it's getting underthe pads. But that doesn't explain the big main fleece cage liner that was wet underneath in the middle... Made it the same way... Fleece water proof mattress liner fleece.... I just don't get it. I do the same.. Use them on top of the main cage liner in busy corners and change them every day. Weird...
