I'm thinking of changing my boys cage over to fleece liners and have been looking at the ones using a Zorb core from candecosies.

Everyone keeps telling me it's really unhygienic and it's going to stink the place out etc etc

Do you simply just use a dustpan and brush to sweep the poo?

That's what I use and have just started making pads and cuddle things using zorb and it's great! Really absorbent, obviously if you don't sweep and change the pads often enough it will smell but so does any bedding. I love my fleece and would never go back

How often do you find you change the liners?

image.webp Depends I do a full cage change 1-2 weeks but I use pads in areas where they pee a lot that I change every 3 days-ish. I changed my full cage last night and made a couple more pads this is the kitchen area with a big pad on top, it's the same color as the fleece beneath it

Still undecided. It would be About £40 for 2 liners which I don't think is too bad price wise!

Do you just use a dustpan to sweep them? And would a quick wash be sufficient to wash them?

Yea I ise a mini pan and brush, for washing it just depends how bad it is when you wash them, very so often I wash them twice if they don't smell fresh but usually once is good
