My fleece cage liners have just arrived and they are the ones with the waterproof bottom, 2 questions, do I have to wick these and what's wicking and how do I do it?:P andddd, how can I make it so the liner doesn't slip about in their cage?:mal:

Yes, wash them a few times without softener that will make the fleece wick the water away from the top of fabric
 
Adding vinegar will help break down the waterproof layer of fleece and help it wick faster plus is a natural fabric softener add about a cup with your non scented soap...
 
And I wash mine on as high of heat as I can get
